HR Generalist

We offer a culture that embraces diversity, and inclusiveness. Our diligent teams are committed and hard-working, but we like to ensure we have fun too - some of our many initiatives include an active Social Club with regular extra-curricular events, subsidised gym memberships, onsite yoga and massages once per month by professional physiotherapists. Our modern staff lunchroom has arcade games and even table tennis, a great location for our fun monthly staff social events!

The Role:

We are now looking for an experienced, generalist HR Advisor to join our friendly Human Resource team dedicated to supporting the business and ICT staff. This role will entail all facets of HR, including employee relations, onboarding, wellbeing, conducting annual reviews, involvement with performance management, general HR administration and end-to end recruitment. You will need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and enjoy keeping busy, while maintaining a friendly, helpful and professional attitude at all times.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication, listening and people skills, with demonstrated ability in dealing with people at all professional levels, and from diverse backgrounds. Discretion, integrity and accountability are key, and with high EQ you will enjoy problem-solving and conflict management on occasion, ensuring potential issues are recognised and smoothed over before they escalate!

Experience with recruitment is highly desirable, and if you are technically savvy, with the ability to hold conversations with developers and engineers around software, programming and architecture, electronics or embedded systems, we would especially love to hear from you!
