Technical Training & Content Manager
We are looking for a talented technical expert to take on the generation of training content for our highly regarded Technical Training courses while coordinating and supporting our team of Technical Service Specialists who facilitate training courses internationally.
We deliver comprehensive training directly to our customers, who are highly technical professionals seeking ICT certification. Our training enables them to confidently install, program and integrate our products in diverse environments, driving value to their client’s investments with our highly configurable, versatile hardware and software solutions.
Our facilitated training courses are highly regarded, and offer a supportive and often tailored technical environment, offering detailed education through close engagement with both our talented facilitators, hands-on experience with our hardware and the comprehensive and interesting material being presented.
The successful candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail and outstanding technical aptitude that enables them to take on highly technical information, and deliver this in clear, plain English that can be digested with ease. You will need to be adaptable and proactive, particularly with the need to stay abreast of technical innovations, feature improvements and customer feedback, where any critical training gaps need to be identified and corrected through updated material.
Working closely with key product stakeholders in many departments of the company, you will be involved with hands-on validation of hardware and software system components, to elicit technical operations which you will clarify through comprehensive, solid content tailored to our client’s needs.
Learning in this role is ongoing, as our dynamic R&D team continually work to drive new and innovative functionality through our core product range. You need to be confident enough to approach a variety of subject matter experts to extract information and be technically savvy enough to realize when you need to ask more.

- Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Superior interviewing / questioning and listening skills
- Experience in training roles (5 years minimum preferred)
- Exceptional technical aptitude
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Experience managing or coordinating a team
- Critical thinking skills and a practical mind set
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe suite
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to travel
- Knowledge of SCORM and LMS training systems that support the SCORM format is preferred, but not essential.
This is a permanent full-time position based at our modern premises in Albany, some travel will be required.
