2023 global holiday office hours

Wondering who will be around for support during the holidays?

Asia 

The Hong Kong office will be operating at reduced capacity on December 25/26 and January 1 as we observe the holiday season. In light of this, we will be focusing exclusively on addressing critical issues during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Normal operations will resume from January 2.  

The last day of shipment for 2023 orders will be December 12th.

Australia 

The Australian office will be operating at reduced capacity on December 25 to January 1 as we observe the holiday season. In light of this, we will be focusing exclusively on addressing critical issues during this period. We kindly request that, if you have any urgent support matters that require immediate attention, you contact us via phone rather than email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Normal operations will resume from January 2. 

It will be possible to supply urgent product orders and warranty replacements on working days during the holiday period – excluding card and tag credentials. If you do require urgent product orders, please call tech support on 1800 428 111 rather than email.

Canada 

The Canadian office will be operating at reduced capacity on December 25/26 and January 1 as we observe the holiday season. In light of this, we will be focusing exclusively on addressing critical issues during this period. We kindly request that, if you have any urgent matters that require immediate attention, you contact us via phone rather than email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The office will operate as normal December 27-29 and from January 2.

EMEA  

The EMEA office will be operating at reduced capacity from December 25–January 1 as we observe the holiday season. In light of this, we will be focusing exclusively on addressing critical issues during this period. We kindly request that, if you have any urgent matters that require immediate attention, you contact us via phone rather than email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Normal operations resume from January 2.

The last day of shipment for 2023 orders will be December 22, therefore all orders need to be sent by 12pm December 20.

New Zealand 

The New Zealand office will be operating at reduced capacity from December 25–January 2 as we observe the holiday season. In light of this, we will be focusing exclusively on addressing critical issues during this period.
