Protege GX Certification Training

Prerequisites:

To ensure classes run efficiently and on time it is assumed attendees have basic knowledge of access control and alarm systems. Below are online courses that must be completed before attending the certification class.

  1. Introduction to Protege GX (Required) – 1.0 Hours
  2. Connecting the Protege System (Required) – 1.5 Hours
  3. Protege GX Hardware Configuration (Required) – 2.0 Hours
  4. Protege GX Software Installation (Recommended) – 2.0 Hours

A Software Serial Number (SSN) will be provided for technicians who wish to complete the Protégé GX Software Installation course.

Classes are limited to 4–6 participants to maximize hands-on learning and ensure each attendee receives personalized guidance and support.

Hardware and laptops are provided for both in-person and virtual training sessions. For virtual training, a return shipping label will be included with the hardware package.
