ICT appoints Joseph Harrell as Director of Strategic Accounts

Integrated Control Technology (ICT), a global company in open, integrated access control and security solutions, has appointed Joseph Harrell as director of strategic accounts.

Harrell brings more than a decade of experience in strategic sales development and security technology, with a background spanning manufacturer, integrator and channel-focused roles. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with enterprise customers, integrators, distributors and strategic partners to align solutions and relationships with real-world operational and business outcomes.

In his new role, Harrell will focus on expanding ICT’s strategic account presence across North America, with an emphasis on strengthening partner relationships, supporting complex enterprise opportunities and helping integrators differentiate in competitive and compliance-driven markets. He will work closely with ICT’s sales, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and ICT’s open-platform strategy.
