ICT products are tested and certified to meet rigorous international standards for safety, performance, and interoperability.
The following certifications apply across the ICT product range. Specific certifications for individual products are listed on their respective datasheets.
UL 294
Standard for Access Control System Units. Confirms that ICT controllers meet safety and performance requirements for access control equipment in the United States and Canada.
ULC 60839
Canadian standard for alarm and electronic security systems. Validates that Protege hardware complies with Canadian security industry requirements.
OSDP (SIA)
Open Supervised Device Protocol, developed by the Security Industry Association. ICT readers and controllers support OSDP v2 for encrypted, supervised communication between devices.
IP65
Ingress Protection rating for dust-tight and water-resistant enclosures. Applicable to select ICT outdoor-rated readers and hardware.
CE / UKCA
Conformity marking for products sold in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, confirming compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.
FCC / IC
Federal Communications Commission (USA) and Innovation, Science and Economic Development (Canada) certification for radio frequency and electromagnetic compliance.
