Extended 5 Year Product Warranty

DIN Rail products that are purchased and installed by members of the ICT Dealer Network (IDN) are eligible for an extended 5-year warranty provided that the IDN member maintains their Protege GX certification.

The 5-year warranty is applied automatically for any DIN Rail products purchased on or after 1 April 2021. Previous requirements for site audit and serial registration have been removed. In instances where an IDN member is taking over maintenance of an existing site with a 5-year warranty, the warranty period is unaffected, as long as the IDN member maintains GX certification.
