Meet Nicole Clarke, whose career proves exactly that. Nicole began as a Receptionist here in New Zealand before shifting to Customer Services, where she quickly demonstrated a technical aptitude and a strong customer focus. That took her into a role as Technical Support Representative, building a deep understanding of our products and the people who rely on them.
Her talent for solving technical problems and supporting others’ development soon saw her step up to lead the team as Technical Support Manager. When the opportunity came to help grow ICT on the other side of the globe, Nicole didn’t hesitate — relocating to Canada as Operations and Training Manager, where she played a key part in setting up the team and processes in our ICT Canada office from the ground up.
Having helped establish a thriving operation abroad, Nicole has since returned home to New Zealand, applying her hard-earned expertise as a Field Applications Engineer. Outside of work, she’s a trained patisserie chef and a devoted mum — proof that she brings the same care and precision to everything she does.
