A Faster, Smarter Support Experience at ICT

At ICT, we’re always looking for ways to better support our partners and technicians in the field. As part of that commitment, we’re introducing an enhanced technical support experience designed to deliver faster, more efficient service while helping our team focus on what matters most: solving problems and supporting our partners.

What’s Not Changing

There is no change to how support is contacted. This update simply improves the experience from the very beginning of the process.

What’s Changing

When a support request comes in, it will now begin with a brief set of intake questions powered by our AI-assisted support system. These questions help quickly identify the issue and provide our technical support team with better context upfront.

From there:

  • Requests are prioritized based on urgency and impact
  • Tickets are created with full context, reducing back-and-forth communication
  • Critical issues are flagged immediately for rapid human response

The goal is simple: reduce friction, improve response times, and help our support team spend less time gathering information and more time delivering solutions.

This enhanced experience is designed to create measurable improvements for both our partners and our internal teams, including:
